Abhijeet Punde (Co-Editor) is a banker and visiting faculty (finance) in Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS), Mumbai. His versatility includes a certification in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and providing life skills training to young adults from weaker socio- economic backgrounds. Currently pursuing his MA in Psychology alongside Transactional Analysis in Psychotherapy, Abhijeet is an avid reader. His family includes his father, wife and two daughters.
Asha Raghavan (Co-Editor) is an academician at heart, and has traversed the path of teaching, corporate training , content writing and subsequently moved into the realm of mental health as a psychotherapist with TA as her base modality. The journey so far has thrown up many challenges and yet there has been so much learning along the way. She is a coach and organization development and change practitioner with over 27 years of experience. She is co-founder of AgileSattva Consulting LLP - a firm that uses humanistic and systems psychodynamics approach to transformation in organisations. She is also a Bihar School of Yoga practitioner for over 15 years and works to integrate the ancient wisdom of yoga in her practice.
Laxmi Sivaram is a practicing psychotherapist. She uses Transactional Analysis as her fundamental framework while using an eclectic approach including NLP, Gestalt, ISP (Integral Somatic Psychology and also EHT (existential Humanistic Therapy) in her endeavour to create a safe space for clients and facilitate awareness, learning and growth for them. She finds herself deeply interested in people, their individual journeys and their many ways to find meaning in their lives.
Nikita Bandale (Co-Managing Editor) is a psychotherapist in private practice. She has a master’s degree in counselling psychology from Christ University and is currently in her second year of transactional analysis psychotherapy training. Nikita worked with infants and toddlers in the child development space for 2 years before beginning her journey as a psychotherapist. Her work involves offering learning and healing spaces that encourage Living with Integrity, Freedom, and Empathy – L.I.F.E. She holds a Master's degree in Business Administration as well as Psychology and is a Certified Transactional Analyst in Education. She is an avid reader, spontaneous doodler, an impromptu baker, stitching and knitting enthusiast - pretty much anything that tickles her creativity.
Vaaruni Sundar (Co-Editor) is a CTA (P) and is training to be a group analyst. She is interested in working through social issues and power dynamics in the therapeutic space and finds that groups by their very nature, bring this to the forefront. Vaaruni loves spending time with family and friends and travelling with her husband. As an Ashtanga Yoga practitioner, she enjoys discovering the capacities of her mind and body.
