SAATA Professional Excellence Award was established to recognise individuals who have made a significant contribution to the professional growth of transactional analysis in the South Asian region by personal commitment and contributions of an exceptional and lasting nature to the propagation of the vision and mission of SAATA.

2021 - Susan George
Susan George received the SAATA Professional Excellence Award for 2021. Susan has been part of SAATA since its inception and one of the senior most members of the Indian TA community. Her contribution to SAATA has been invaluable. As President of SAATA and in various other roles that she held over the years, her academic background and experience brought in professionalism and excellence. Her contribution in bringing structure to the first SAATA Diploma and Advanced Diploma examinations and the handbook laid the first brick in building SAATA as a professional body. As a TA trainer, she has trained and inspired a large number of trainees contributing in a big way to the spread of TA in Chennai and many other cities in south of India. Thank you Susan!
